Terms of Recurring Payments on Jamujam.com

for the Premium Jamujam.com extended version service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the seller, YOUJAM, s.r.o., Cimburkova 916/8, Prague 3, 130 00, ID No.: 07669496 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1. The buyer selects the payment method when filling out the order form. After submitting the form, the system redirects the buyer to the appropriate page based on the chosen payment method. Payment is successfully completed once a confirmation message is displayed and sent via email. In case of a failed payment, the buyer is informed via a message displayed on the payment page. With your consent, granted by ticking the appropriate box for recurring payment consent directly in the order form, the Seller uses a recurring payment system (so-called "recurring payments") for the duration of the subscription. For processing recurring payments, the Seller uses the ThePay payment gateway provided by ThePay.cz, s.r.o.
2. By checking the consent box, you agree to:

   The establishment and parameters of recurring payments (details provided below) and the storage of payment information by ThePay payment gateway. Payment card numbers, credit card numbers, and online banking credentials are entered via ThePay s.r.o.'s encrypted channel. Payment data, such as card numbers and other information entered during payment, is not shared with the Seller, nor does the Seller have access to it. ThePay s.r.o. handles card data in compliance with the PCI-DSS Level 1 international security standard, the highest level of data security in the payment card processing sector.

3. Parameters of Recurring Payments for the Service:
   • Recurring Payment – "Monthly Premium Subscription"
     1. This is a payment for a monthly subscription (i.e., 30 days starting from the day of the first or any subsequent recurring payment).
     2. The payment is automatically deducted on the first day of the month in which the membership ends.
        Examples:
        • If monthly membership is paid on February 1, 2025, it expires on March 2, 2025.
        • If monthly membership is paid on February 20, 2025, it expires on March 21, 2025.
        • If monthly membership is paid on February 28, 2025, it expires on March 29, 2025.
        In all these cases, the payment will be deducted on March 1, 2025.
     3. A fixed amount of 7.99 EUR will be deducted with each payment.
     4. If the price of the Service changes, you will be notified in advance via email. You can then decide whether to continue using the Service or cancel it.
   • Recurring Payment – "Annual Premium Subscription"
     1. This is a payment for an annual subscription (i.e., 365 days starting from the day of the first or any subsequent recurring payment).
     2. The payment is automatically deducted on the first day of the month in which the membership ends.
        Examples:
        • If I pay for an annual membership on February 1, 2025, it expires on January 31, 2026, and the payment will be deducted on January 1, 2026.,
        • If I pay for an annual membership on February 20, 2025, it expires on February 19, 2026, and the payment will be deducted on February 1, 2026.
     3. A fixed amount of 49.99 EUR will be deducted with each payment.
     4. If the price of the Service changes, you will be notified in advance via email. You can then decide whether to continue using the Service or cancel it.
4. Termination of Subscription

   The user can, at any time, disable the extension of the Service in the settings of their profile under the "Membership" tab on the website www.jamujam.com.

   If you decide not to extend the service, the provision of the Service will end when the current paid period expires.

   For the annual Premium membership, there is a 6-day trial period. If you decide to cancel the service within this trial period, no payment will be deducted.

   The Service will be automatically terminated upon the expiration of the payment card validity or if the payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds.

   In such cases, the provision of the Service will end when the current paid period expires.

   You can always restore the Jamujam Premium Service again by completing the order form.

5. Payment Documents

   Payment documents are available for download in the Account settings section under the "Membership" tab.

These Terms are effective from January 3, 2024.
